Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice (3 c. white, 1 c. wild and long grain)
    4 c. cooked and diced chicken
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked slightly
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Freezes well.
    Serves 12 to 15.
