Chicken Curry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. instant rice
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. crushed or tid-bit pineapple, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the ingredients well and add to rice mixture when the rice mixture is cold.
Blend well and put into serving dish. Cover and chill, overnight if desired.
