Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
Preparation

Mix well the oil, sugar and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon.
Blend in the carrots, walnuts and flavoring.
Pour in a large greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired.
