Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. cornstarch
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together flour, cornstarch and sugar.
    In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter until creamy; add vanilla and then add flour mixture until well blended.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten.
