Easy Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large apples
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to taste
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples into 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix 1/4 cup of sugar with spices and sprinkle over apples.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, 1 cup of sugar, egg and chopped walnuts.
    Spread over apples.
    Place pie plate on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
