Easy Taco Salad (Mexican) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 medium head lettuce, shredded
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. Catalina dressing
    4 to 5 c. corn chips, crushed
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Stir in taco seasoning. Combine beef, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, corn chips and cheese in a large serving bowl. Toss well to mix. Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
