Karin'S Hot Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. mushrooms
bread crumbs or stuffing mix
1 c. vegetable broth
salt
paprika
onions and olives as desired
2 c. vegetable broth
Preparation

Wash mushrooms; remove stems.
Chop stems and saute lightly with onions.
Add 1 cup broth.
(You can make broth with cubes of bouillon or Maggi seasoning.)
Mix in stuffing until mixture is stiff.
Season to taste.
Stuff the caps with this mixture. Arrange them in a baking dish.
Pour 2 cups of vegetable stock over them; don't let them dry out while cooking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
