Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.
Add carrots, mix well.
Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
Grease pan and flour lightly to prevent sticking.
