Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cake compressed yeast or 2 pkg. granulated
2/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs
7 1/2 c. bread flour
1 1/2 c. water or potato water
1 c. mashed potato (lukewarm)
2/3 c. melted shortening
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix as for bread, putting potato with eggs.
Use as wish. Round up remainder, grease and cover with waxed paper and a damp cloth.
