Pork Or Beef Barbecup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork or beef roast
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 qt. ketchup
    1 onion
    4 whole cloves
    2 whole bay leaves
Preparation
    Cook roast until it falls apart.
    Then make sauce in a separate pan.
    Stir together mustard, celery salt and brown sugar.
    Add vinegar, ketchup, onion, clover and bay leaves.
    Simmer 20 minutes. Take clover out.
    Pour sauce over meat and cook on low in crock-pot for several hours.
