Sunset Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (4 serving size each) or 1 (8 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand orange or lemon flavored sugar-free gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice (undrained)
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Measure 1 cup of gelatin into medium mixing bowl; chill until slightly thickened.
    Stir in yogurt.
    Pour into medium serving bowl.
    Chill until set, but not firm.
