Seasoned Kidney Beans - cooking recipe

1 lb. kidney beans
1 large Bermuda onion
sage
1 red pepper
vinegar
olive oil
Preparation

Soak the kidney beans overnight in water; drain the beans. In fresh water, boil the beans until tender; drain.
Slice the Bermuda onion and the red pepper.
Add the sliced onion, sage, red pepper, vinegar and olive oil to the beans.
Ready to serve.
