Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. butter (for saute)
    chopped sweet peppers (green and yellow)
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Dredge steak in flour.
    Saute in oil or butter in saucepan.
    Saute peppers and onion.
    Brown flour in pan and put meat and vegetables back in pan.
    Add chicken stock or other liquids.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4.
