Manhattan Supper Soup(Ground Beef Cabbage Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 large onion, thickly sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed beef broth
    2 soup cans water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large kettle, cook meat until it loses red color.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour, uncovered.
