Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside. Combine oil, eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
    Mix well with mixer. Gradually add dry ingredients into creamed mixture, stirring until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and chopped pecans (optional).
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool bread for 10 minutes, then remove from loaf pans.
