Quick Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water; mix together in a large bowl with all other ingredients.
To cook, spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins and bake immediately at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
This batter will keep for several days stored in refrigerator.
You do not have to wait for them to rise.
Yields 24 rolls.
