Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oats
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/3 c. oat bran
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp. soy nuts
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine (diet okay)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely, lightly browned. Stir every 12 to 15 minutes.
