Hot Tuna 'N Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk (approximately)
1 can small green peas, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter
in
saucepan.
Slowly
stir in flour until smooth.
Add milk a little at a time until blended.
Cook over low heat, stirring
until thickened.
Add peas, tuna, salt and pepper, stirring
slightly\tuntil
mixed.
Serve over hot buttered toast. Serves 4.
