Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 to 2 cloves crushed garlic
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
manicotti noodles (14)
1/2 tsp. oregano
grated Parmesan cheese
30 oz. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Brown meat and garlic in skillet. Drain fat. In mixing bowl, blend next 4 ingredients; stir in meat. Prepare manicotti noodles according to package directions.
Fill each noodle with cheese and meat mixture and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining filling and cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese and cover pan with foil. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more. Serve 4 to 6.
