Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 jars carrot baby food
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs until well blended.
    In another bowl, sift flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add this to first mixture and blend well, then add the jars of baby food.
    Fill two greased and floured loaf pans, each 2/3 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
