Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    5 scallions with 1/3 green part left on, cleaned and finely chopped
    1 green pepper, seeded and diced
    3 c. tomato juice
    10 1/2 oz. can consomme
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir well and chill several hours.
    Serves 8.
