Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    2 cans chicken soup with rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir twice while cooking.
