Prime Rib - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. rib roast
fresh garlic or garlic powder
6 to 8 c. chicken broth
1 small bottle Worcestershire
1 small bottle soy sauce
Preparation

Rub meat down with garlic.
Mix broth and both sauces in large pan.
Place meat in juice; marinate for 1/2 hour.
Save juice. Place meat in a pan with a rack so juice can drip off meat.
Put in oven at 450\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
Baste with juice mixture every 1/2 hour.
Do not cover meat.
Cook 1/2 hour for every pound for a medium roast.
