Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shredded lettuce (add fresh spinach, if desired; the amount depends on the size of salad you want)
3 or 4 chopped green onions
5 or 6 slices crumbled bacon
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas
1 1/4 c. mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shredded cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation

For the first layer, mix all ingredients except the cheese, eggs and bacon.
Mix the mayo and sugar and frost the vegetables with the mixture.
For the second layer, mix cheese and bacon and top all with slices of eggs.
