Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chop meat
2 eggs
2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
2 cans cranberry sauce (not jelly)
Preparation

Mix chop meat, eggs and onion soup together.
Let mixture set for a while or overnight in the refrigerator.
Roll in small meatballs, then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.
Meanwhile, bring puree and cranberry sauce to a slow boil. Drain meatballs.
Add to heated sauce and cover.
Simmer for 5 or 6 hours in slow cooker or electric frying pan or cook in an oven set on low.
Check and stir meatballs occasionally so they don't stick to pan.
Makes about 30 meatballs.
Serve alone or over noodles or rice or Italian bread.
