9-Day Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and mustard seed and bring to a boil.
    Add vegetables; stir and let chill.
