Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. zucchini, cut up and cooked 5 minutes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. herb or cheese croutons
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute carrots and onion in margarine.
    Add soup and sour cream.
    Add cooked and drained zucchini.
    Add croutons.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
