Healthy Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. cooked rolled oats
1/2 c. frozen apple concentrate
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. raisins
1/3 c. crunchy cereal (i.e., Grape-Nuts)
Preparation

Layer oats in bottom of 8-inch square nonstick pan.
Add apple slices.
Combine apple juice, cinnamon and cloves; pour over apples and oats.
Sprinkle raisins on top.
Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove foil; cover with crunchy cereal and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
