Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, deboned and skin removed
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; shape into a ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Best if chilled overnight.
    Good served with any kind of whole wheat crackers.
