Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast, sugar, milk powder and 3 cups flour into large bowl.
    Add warm water and stir.
    Add oil and beat well for 2 minutes with wooden spoon.
    Add 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Mix until the dough comes off the sides of bowl.
    Place the dough on lightly floured board and knead 6 to 9 minutes.
    If dough is sticky, sprinkle with flour.
    Shape into ball and place in lightly greased bowl.
    Rotate dough so all sides are greased.
    Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel.
    Let rise in warm place 60 to 90 minutes.
