Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, sliced diagonally or into crinkles
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 red onion, sliced into rings
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Blanch carrots until crisp, about 6 to 8 minutes and drain. Add green pepper and onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots, green pepper and onion, mix and chill.
    Will keep 10 days.
