Country Casserole Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    6 to 10 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Line bottom of casserole with bread.
    Add sausage.
    Mix eggs, cheese, milk, salt, pepper and mustard; pour over bread and sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight (important).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until brown. Serves 8 to 12.
