Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mashed sweet potato
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and spice.
    Add persimmon pulp, mashed sweet potato, milk, eggs, melted margarine and vanilla.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares and serve hot or cold, with whipped cream or plain.
    Serves 6 to 8.
