Corn And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup butter, divided
    1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 - 12 oz. can white corn, drained
Preparation
    Place zucchini in pan with water and salt, cover. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes, drain. Chop zucchini when cool enough to handle. Melt 3 Tbsp. butter in skillet. Add onion, garlic and green pepper, saut until soft. Stir in zucchini, remaining butter, cheese, eggs, and corn, mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
