Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat softened butter, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini, chips and nuts.
Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
