Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole skinless chicken breasts or comparable amount of chicken tenders
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips and place in 8-inch baking dish.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix mustard, onion and 1 tablespoon margarine together. Spread mustard mixture over each chicken.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.
    Pour remaining margarine over chicken and sprinkle tarragon on top.
    Cover and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. (Uncover the last 5 to 10 minutes.)
