Italian Style Rolled Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant (full)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    small amount water
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    onion flakes
Preparation
    Slice eggplant lengthwise (leave skin on).
    Dip eggplant in seasoned flour, then in beaten egg.
    Fry on both sides, lay on brown paper or towels to absorb oil.
    Put aside.
