Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    4 Tbsp. Butter
    4 c. Onions (coarsely chopped)
    2 c. Carrots (sliced 1/4-inch rounds)
    2 lb. Ground Beef
    1 1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 Tbsp. Oregano
    1 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
    1 c. Ground Tomatoes
    4 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 c. Frozen Corn Kernels (10 oz. pkg.)
    2 c. Frozen Peas (10 oz. pkg.)
    2 Tbsp. Parsley
    1 1/2 - 2 c. Mashed Potatoes
Preparation
    Heat olive oil and butter in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, add onions and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
