Pizza Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    2 onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) jar green olive pieces
    1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (green label)
    1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked in 4 1/2 c. water and 1 tsp. salt *
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    dried red peppers to taste
Preparation
    *Use liquids from mushrooms and olives as part of the liquid.
