Barbecue Sauce In Large Quantity - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. tomato catsup
2 gal. water
1/3 lb. mixed pickle spices
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
6 medium onions
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
3 oz. Chinese soy sauce
3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 lb. butter
red pepper
salt
Preparation

Simmer ingredients for 5 hours. This sauce may be bottled and frozen. Makes about 2 gallons.
