Marinade For Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Use beef stew meat, round steak or flank steak.
    Mix marinade ingredients and add meat in a shallow container or plastic Ziploc bag.
    Marinade meat in refrigerator at least 1 1/2 hours.
    Skewer beef stew with various vegetables; barbecue.
    (Or barbecue steak until desired doneness.) Discard marinade.
