Salsa Ranchero - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes
1 can jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 c. green chiles, chopped
1 medium onion
3 sprigs parsley
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chile pequin
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and mix in short intervals, being careful not to let ingredients become watery.
Will stay fresh in refrigerator in covered container for 2 weeks.
