Beef Barcelona - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Catalina brand French dressing
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. stuffed olives
    18 small onions
    8 small whole potatoes
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
Preparation
    Brown a 3 to 4 pound pot roast in 1/4 cup dressing.
    Add remaining dressing and 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Add stuffed olives, onions and potatoes.
    Cook 45 minutes more or until meat and vegetables are tender.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
