Cheese And Potato Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked and drained wild rice
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. cream of potato soup
    4 c. half and half
    2 1/2 c. American cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon and onions until bacon is crisp.
    Drain excess fat. Place soup in saucepan and heat.
    Stir in half and half, bacon, onions, cheese and cooked wild rice.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
