Cherry Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon extract or juice
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and beat.
Add flour and extract.
Put in a greased or Pammed jelly roll pan.
Spoon filling in (1 tablespoon in each of 24 serving pieces).
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
You may cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
