Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 can coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar and flour; cook until it begins to thicken. Let cool for a short time.
    Add egg yolks slowly.
    Add coconut. Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and margarine. Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crust is done.
    Add meringue and brown.
