Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of about 12 muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inches) or line with paper baking cups.
    Beat egg in medium bowl; stir in milk and oil.
    Stir in flour and sugar all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately.
