Meat Filled Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large mushrooms
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Wash and drain mushroom caps; remove stems.
Marinate caps for 1 hour in soy sauce.
Finely chop stems and mix with remaining ingredients.
Drain caps, reserve soy sauce.
Stuff caps with meat mixture mounded high.
Brush tops with reserved soy sauce.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes.
Refrigerate or freeze.
Defrost and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
