Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oil for cooking
cinnamon
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Whip until batter is smooth. Pour batter into a squeeze bottle. Squeeze batter back and forth and around in very hot oil. Cook 1 minute on each side or until brown.
Put cake on platter and sprinkle powdered sugar or cinnamon on top. Makes 4 (6-inch) cakes.
