Spinach-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach
    5 c. instant mashed potatoes (8 oz. box)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach, drain and set aside.
    Mix next 4 ingredients. Add to this boiling water and cold milk.
    Beat well; add sour cream and butter.
    Beat until fluffy.
    By hand, fold in spinach. Place in well-buttered baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
